Come visit and be a part of the rebuilding! While most of Asheville is open and welcoming visitors, the area still needs tourism to help recover to it’s pre-Hurricane state. Book your trip knowing much of the city is unaffected and is ready and welcoming visitors!

In September of 2024, Hurricane Helene devastated parts of Western NC.

The 1000 year rains and floods devastated many parts of Western NC including the areas in and around Asheville. Roads and bridges washed away. Towns wiped out. As is the resilience and heart of the people in Western NC, supported by the country, began to rebuild the next day. Neighbors and others from around the country came, and still come, to support one another. The area is starting to recover with a majority of destinations, restaurants, and towns open again to the public. People are trying to get the word out that Asheville is open! For business and visitors! Every visitor who comes to the area to visit will help the area and people rebuild! Thank you for supporting the magical Asheville and towns in Buncombe County and surrounding mountains that so many of us love!
